Board
Branded boards arrive, are checked against specification and stored flat, so they stay true before a single cut is made. Moisture-resistant boards are set aside for kitchens and wet areas.
Most interior companies hand your drawings to an outside workshop. We send them to our own factory floor.
Every kitchen, wardrobe and piece of furniture in a Nuvora home is cut, edged, drilled, assembled and checked under our roof. That control is what lets us keep the promise on your approved 3D design — in quality, in fit and in timeline.
This is the journey every panel in your home takes before it reaches site. Nothing is improvised on the day of installation, because the hard work has already happened here.

Branded boards arrive, are checked against specification and stored flat, so they stay true before a single cut is made. Moisture-resistant boards are set aside for kitchens and wet areas.

Your approved design becomes production drawings, with wiring, lighting and hardware already planned in. Those drawings drive our Biesse panel-processing machines directly — no re-measuring, no guesswork on the floor, and the hundredth panel matches the first.

Panels are sized to exact dimensions with clean, square edges. Precise cutting is what makes shutters sit flush and gaps stay even across a full wall of storage.

Every exposed edge is sealed on an automatic edge-banding line. A sealed edge keeps out the moisture, oil and heat of daily Indian cooking, and is the first defence against swelling.

Hinge and joinery holes are drilled in one pass, so doors and drawers line up without on-site adjustment. Our artisans then assemble, fit soft-close and push-to-open hardware, and finish each piece by hand — the human eye machines can’t replace.

Each component is coded, checked against your approved design, packed and dispatched only when it clears quality control. On site, installation becomes assembly — not carpentry.
Drawings are handed to a local workshop or a carpenter on site, who re-measures and builds by eye.
Your approved design becomes production drawings that drive our machines, and every component is checked against it before it leaves.
Unbranded boards and unsealed edges absorb moisture from cooking and cleaning.
Moisture-resistant boards for kitchens and wet areas, with every edge sealed on an automatic edge-banding line.
Furniture is built on site, one trade waits for another, and dust and rework stretch the schedule.
Furniture arrives factory-finished and coded, so installation is assembly — run to one integrated schedule.
Behind every machine is a trained artisan. They assemble each piece, fit the hardware and finish it by hand, working to the same approved drawings your designer signed off with you.
Machines give us precision that repeats. People give us the judgement to spot what a machine can’t: a grain that doesn’t match, an edge that isn’t quite right.
A component leaves the factory only when it has cleared quality control against your approved design.
Each piece is checked against your drawings before it is packed.
Every component carries its own code, so it can be traced from the floor to your room.
Our own site team fits factory-finished components, so installation is assembly, not carpentry.
You see and choose every material at our Experience Center. What you approve is what we build with — boards, hardware and finishes from brands with a proven track record, never unbranded substitutes.
