Turnkey means one company takes complete responsibility for your home: design, civil and MEP work, furniture, lighting, soft furnishings and the final handover. You approve the design. When the work is done, you turn the key and move in.
At Nuvora, turnkey is not about coordinating vendors. It is about doing the work ourselves, with our own designers, our own factory and our own site teams.

Designers, civil and MEP engineers, carpenters and site supervisors all work for Nuvora. No outsourcing of the core work, and no gaps between departments.

Your furniture is built in our own 45,000+ sq. ft. manufacturing unit, with full control over quality, materials and timelines.

Your home is finished, tested and styled before the keys reach you. You move into the home you approved in 3D, with no loose ends to chase.
A home only feels finished when every part of it was planned together. These are the six things we take on for you, designed, made and installed by one team.

We plan around how your family lives, then show you the finished home in realistic 3D before anything is made.

Electrical, plumbing and AC are planned with the interiors from day one, so nothing ends up behind a wardrobe.

Built for your rooms in our own factory, fitted storage and the loose pieces that make a house feel like home.

Light planned room by room, built into furniture where it belongs, with scenes you can set from your phone.

Chosen hands-on at our Experience Center, so boards, fabrics, curtains and décor all belong to one look.

A tested, styled home, and one team to call for service after you move in.
Every Nuvora home starts as a realistic 3D design. You walk through each room, adjust layouts and materials, and approve exactly what will be built. Our factory then works from the same approved design.

Meet us at our Experience Center at K R Square, Sarjapur, to talk through your home, routines and priorities.

Layouts, 3D views and material selection, refined with you until every room feels right.

A clear, itemised quote and an agreement on the approved design before any work begins.

Approved designs go to our factory as production drawings. Every component is coded and tracked.

Civil, MEP and installation run to one integrated schedule, with quality checks at every milestone.

A final walkthrough, a home ready to live in, and one team to call after you move in.
One team accountable for every detail of your home.
No chasing vendors, no coordinating trades, no site-to-site running around.
Transparent budgeting, so you know what you are paying for.
Design, joinery, lighting and services that fit together.
Planned timelines, with factory work running alongside site work.
The same standards in every room, from one factory and one team.
Our designers work directly with our factory and site teams, so electrical points, lighting, plumbing and furniture are planned together from day one. What you approve is exactly what gets made, and exactly what gets installed.
T&C apply.
Your home is planned in person, not over a brochure. Walk through finished rooms, handle the materials and hardware, and sit down with a designer who will work through your floor plan with you.
Design and 3D visualisation, civil and MEP coordination, kitchens, wardrobes and furniture, lighting, soft furnishings and the final handover, all delivered by Nuvora’s own teams.
It depends on the size and scope of your home. Once the design is approved, we plan a schedule with you. Because furniture is made in our own factory while site work moves ahead, the two run in parallel.
You receive a clear, itemised quote before any work begins, based on the design you approve, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
