This page explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and what we do with it.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us through our enquiry forms:
- Your name and mobile number
- Your email address, if you give one
- Your property type, its location and when you plan to start
- Any message you write to us
When you send a form, our server also records the time of the request and your IP address. We use this only to prevent spam and misuse of the forms.
How we use it
- To call or write to you about your enquiry
- To arrange a consultation or a visit to our Experience Center
- To prepare a design plan and quotation for your home
- To keep our forms safe from spam and abuse
- To meet legal and tax obligations, where they apply
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to send you marketing from other companies.
Who can see it
Your enquiry is sent to our team at Nuvora Interiors. We use trusted service providers to run the website and deliver email, such as our hosting and email services. They handle your information only to provide those services to us.
We may share information if the law requires it, for example to answer a lawful request from a court or authority.
Cookies and third-party content
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies at present. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this page first.
The Contact and Book a Free Consultation pages show a Google Map. Loading it connects your browser to Google, which has its own privacy policy. Links to our Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube pages take you to those services, which are governed by their own policies.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you, to carry out your project if you become a client, and to meet legal requirements. After that we delete them or remove anything that identifies you.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including limiting who can see enquiries and keeping them off the public parts of our website. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

- Correct information that is wrong or out of date
- Delete your information, unless we need to keep it by law
